A Story Behind
Every Sauce...

Bryan "Hoss" Cheek started from humble beginnings in Odessa, TX, where he learned the value of hard work and a love of good food.  He has always been inspired to cook, working in restaurants of all kinds until joining the IT field for 20 years.

Fate brought him back to the kitchen where he met his business partner, Na Humma, who encouraged him to take the advice of his original customers to bring his sauce to market.  

Now, he's the Main Hoss of Rolling Hoss, and continuing to bring his Texican flare to spice up some traditional condiments, and flexing his creativity to bring new originals to your dishes.
